Dear Team,
I placed an order for VIVO X60 with Order id:OD223739537667754000 on Sun, 26th Dec2021 and prepaid amount for same but till date(06Jan2022 ) product not delivered and not getting response from company. I have called customer care several times but never got a satisfactory reply. Many times the customer care executive did not listen to me completely and cut the call without informing me. so disappointed with the service experience. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
