I have ordered a mixer grinder order # OD427808658446951100. The promised delivery date was 19th April 2023. I have called the customer care on 20th as the product is not delivered and they told that there is some unforseen issue. They told it will be delivered by 7 pm and I got an sms saying maximum resolution date as 24th April 2023. The product is not delivered on 20th also and I got a message and they changed the resolution date to 25th. When I called the customer care seeing the sms, they are saying that they have not told that it will be resolved by 24th, it will be resolved by 25th only. I have a number of messages saying that it will be resolved maximum by 24th and now they took a u turn to 25th. This is a prepaid order and I wanted to cancel the order as the mixer grinder is urgent, they are not able to cancel the order as it is shipped. They dont know what happened to my order, they dont have logistics team contact number, they cant cancel the order and refund, they are changing the resolution date daily. Really pathetic. I want to file complaint
