I have order a phone from Flipkart online app . Order date was confirmed on 5th Oct and showed that it will be delivered by 9th oct .On 9th oct. I have received a Sms from Ekart that (Undelivered: REDMI 10 (Pacific Blue, 64 GB) with tracking ID FMPP1378859621 from flipkart.com could not be delivered today. We will deliver tomorrow. Ekart) again on 10th oct. I
I have received a same sms . Now 1th oct . Also passed my product is not delivered and there is no communication by the team .
This is not acceptable from Flipkart team, if they provide you a lead time to deliver your product then it should be delivered . 3-4 days gone after deliver date given by them .
