I have ordered products on 1st July 2020 at Jiomart app worth Rs. 1,210/- out of which 2 products were missing worth Rs.750/- payment- was done prepaid. It was informed to me will receive refund in next 7 days, since 2 months I have not received my money plus after continuously following on email same reply is received everytime we have raised your concern your problem will be solved soon. In case of calling customer care continuously they were initially picking up the calls & saying same your problem has been raised & will get solve soon, but now they have stop even picking up the calls.
