I have ordered a product “Home Centre Helios Lexus Metal 2 Door Wardrobe” on Flipkart 1 month ago and expected delivery date was given as 8th July’22. First I have requested for a faster delivery and they said it can’t be done. The delivery time was already high around 25 days. But I still waited and didn’t get product on 8th. So called customer care multiple times and they simply asked me to wait till 12th without any reason (told unforeseen issues). And when called on 12th night 9pm, again they asked me to wait another 24hrs. I waited and after 13th, there is no update from the resolution team. When I said that a consumer forum complaint is lodged, they have sent me email again stating that the resolution will be provided on 16th July’22 3:28 pm and then moved again to 4:28 pm. But I received no resolution and on 17th July’22, when I open the app, it’s mentioned the problem is resolved which is utter false.
I am only following up multiple times, but there is no response from them proactively. I called almost 30-35 people till now and no one has got any answer and are simply asking me to wait either 24 or 48 hours. I already paid for the product as well. Surprisingly, as the product is already shipped, am not able to cancel the product too. Also, specific thing to mention – Shipping and delivery location is the same which is Bangalore itself. Not sure what is the issue in delivering a product. Very worst customer experience ever.
Kindly deliver me the product immediately and the compensation loss as well as I have went through lot of mental trauma wherein I am conceived right now and this has impacted my mental health too.
