I HAD ORDERED IFB FRONT LOAD WASHING MACHINE IN AMAZON ON 6TH AUG 2020, IT WAS EXPECTED TO DELIVER ON 24TH AUG 2020. SINCE IT WAS NOT DISPATCHED, I CALLED AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY SAID TO WAIT FOR 48 HOURS, BUT THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM THEM, I CALLED THEM AGAIN THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT 5 MORE DAYS ,EVEN AFTER THAT THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM THE AMAZON.
CONTACTED THE AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN , THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT 3 MORE DAYS. EVEN AFTER THEY ARE ISSUE WAS NOT SOLVED AND UNABLE TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT DUE TO SOME PROBLEMS.

FIRST CALL 25 TH AUG 2020 WAITED FOR 48 HOURS
SECONG CALL 28TH AUG 2020 WAITED FOR 5 DAYS TILL 4TH SEP 2020
THIRD CALL 4TH SEP 2020 WAITED FOR 3 MORE DAYS TILL 7TH SEP 2020.
8TH SEP 2020 – REPONSE FROM AMAZON TEAM IS “NO UPDATE ON ISSUE , WILL RESOLVE AT THE EARLIEST”
