I HAD ORDERED IFB FRONT LOAD WASHING MACHINE IN AMAZON ON 6TH AUG 2020, IT WAS EXPECTED TO DELIVER ON 24TH AUG 2020. SINCE IT WAS NOT DISPATCHED, I CALLED AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY SAID TO WAIT FOR 48 HOURS, BUT THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM THEM, I CALLED THEM AGAIN THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT 5 MORE DAYS ,EVEN AFTER THAT THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM THE AMAZON.
CONTACTED THE AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN , THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT 3 MORE DAYS. EVEN AFTER THEY ARE ISSUE WAS NOT SOLVED AND UNABLE TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT DUE TO SOME PROBLEMS.
