I ordered a tv in Amazon, which is believed as a trustworthy e commerce website in india. The delivery date was on 12th June 2020. On that day it showed out for delivery. But I didn’t receive the package that day. I paid via emi in sbi card. I thought it was a fraud and tried to cancel it . It is not showing cancellation option at all. Customer service is not responding. Please help.
