I have ordered a wooden cabinet from Flipkart. The order was delayed a couple times and finally on 17th August it showed ‘Delivered’ on Flipkart dashboard but I have not yet received the product. I have raised several complaints with Flipkart representatives but nobody is giving any resolution. Everyone has the same response like, ‘there is a technical issue, call after 24 hours’. And the process repeats itself.

I am falling delivery-related issue from 22 Dec 2022 to till now related to order no OD426814960851225100
I have already received “AuTO ADDiCT Beige Wood, Velvet Car Pillow Cushion for Hyundai (Rectangular, Pack of 1)” on 22 Dec 2022. but it is showing Out of Delivery But i am unable to receive my other product “AuTO ADDiCT Plain Chrome Beige AA22 Car Armrest (Hyundai, Santro Xing)” but it is showing delivered.
Now I am checking the current order status refund initialized from your end related to Velvet Car Pillow Cushion WHICH IS ALREADY RECEIVED, kINDLY FIND ATTACHMENT ALSO.
So I requested to you either deliver “AuTO ADDiCT Plain Chrome Beige AA22 Car Armrest (Hyundai, Santro Xing)” or refund initialized to this product, not Velvet Car Pillow Cushion
I am continuously contacting the customer support team he/she regularly told me the problem will solve within 24 or 48 hours and our technical team will contact me soon but no one contacts me and my problem is still there. I have sent a couple of mail also on cs@flipkart.com but no response.

20 Dec 2022 your delivery boy contact me for unable to deliver your product today and request me that can I deliver it tomorrow I agree and I checked on flipkart App which product was delivered today it shows “AuTO ADDiCT Plain Chrome Beige AA22 Car Armrest (Hyundai, Santro Xing)” but the next day he came and delivered me “AuTO ADDiCT Beige Wood, Velvet Car Pillow Cushion for Hyundai” but I have shared OPT related to “AuTO ADDiCT Plain Chrome Beige AA22 Car Armrest” as per last day discussion with a delivery person because I thought he delivered me yesterday delivery product.
So now “Velvet Car Pillow Cushion” is showing Out of delivery but I have already received it. “AuTO ADDiCT Plain Chrome Beige AA22 Car Armrest ” not been received yet but it is showing delivered.
