I have ordered around ₹7000/- worth of product from Flipkart for which the order was supposed to be delivered on 16th July itself. But I haven’t received my order till now. When I contacted flipkart their helpline number doesn’t work, I will be offered a call back but I won’t receive any call but they message me stating they tried calling me but unable to connect. Every day I get a notification stating that order was delayed due to bad weather and if I want I can place a new order but who will refund my amount if I place a new order. This has to be taken very seriously and please take strict action against flipkart.
