Order number ending with 3000 order placed on August 30, online payment was processed till September 12 the product is not delivered. Spoke to customer care representative who are only good at convincing customers and they don’t even bother to arrange a call back. Spoke to 15 different people but not even one was helpful. I requested for a refund till date no refund is received.
Service especially the customer care is very pathetic compared to othe e commerce companies.
