Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I am writing to bring to your attention the ongoing issues I’ve been experiencing with my order from Ajio. On October 9th, I placed an order with an expected delivery date of October 13th. However, I have continuously witnessed the delivery date being postponed.

In an effort to address this problem, I reached out to Ajio’s customer care, and they initiated a complaint with a promised resolution date before October 21st. Frustratingly, when I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was placed on hold for around 10 minutes before the call was hung up. This happened not once, but twice.

In my subsequent attempts to contact their customer service, I inquired about cancelling the order and receive a full refund since they are not deliverying it). I was informed that they cannot process a cancellation on their end and that I should refuse the product at the time of delivery.

Given that they have repeatedly failed to deliver the order, how I am supposed to cancel? I feel like they are running a scam there. Talking with their customer service is of no use whatsoever, each time I call, I am told that I will receive the product “by the end of the day.”

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this as it has become increasingly frustrating and unsatisfactory. The product that I ordered is of Rs. 11,018.
