I have made an online order of 2 Safari ryder Hard trolley bags from their official website on 29/7/2023 with Order number (SA52614) And paid online for it.. On 30th they have given a mail showing ” your order is own the way” with a blue dart tracking Id ( evidence image is attached with this grievance). Status in that bluedart tracking Id just shows “shipment booked ” till now. Today is 9th I have not got the product. Those trolley bags were ordered for my upcoming journey (soon). I have contacted more than 5 times to their customer care. Each representative says different things.
Sir, they are making me fool each time saying your product is on the way..(email evidences also attached), And it is not true.. Looting my money and no product delivered. Today I contacted them and they are not cancelling my order and initiating a refund to me . Sir.. Kindly make necessary action for this issue and help me to get cancel that order and initiating a refund from Safari Bags. So that I can buy another bag with that refund amount. Please help
