Placed order for TV unit at FLIPKART vide order No OD122999819458606000 on 2nd October 2021 with promise date of 10th October 2021. Since then I have been following up with FLIPKART for delivery. Every time I got response that it will be delivered. I was unable to cancel the order and I was cheated by FLIPKART. Shocked to see that they had mentioned in the app as delivered on 4th August. Where I haven’t received the product. On 7th August, I got message that it will be delivered before 15th August and shocked to see it was updated as delivered. Need your help in filing case against FLIPKART in consumer court.
