I have ordered cloth from Paytm for my son. In order status it show that it has been shipped but. Till today I do not get delivery of the same. I tried to call customer care but they not pick phone even after waiting for an hour. Due to such call 200 rs balance of mine was used. I tried many time to call but each time their customer care not pick up phone. I have tried to reach at seller also . I have paid already in advance for cloth purchase
I have try mail the Paytm but in reply they said that this service is not available now. So I are requested to solve the issue
