I have ordered 1 mobile phone from Flipkart on 24th of April, the promised date for delivery was on 25th of april. But no one delivered the product. I called several times the delivery boy but he didn’t answer. then i connected flipkart customer support helpline number and they connected me with one hub manager and assured me that i will have my product within half an hour but no one came. And at the end of the day i receive one message that product was unable to delivered we will reattempt tomorrow.
now today morning i again received one message that i have rejected the product…no one visited me to deliver then how come i can reject. i called again the customer support now they are saying sir your order has been cancelled and we have taken complain you will get resolution in 48 working hours.
Please help me, they have harrased me a lot and also i will have to bare the credit card process charge.
i want you to take some strct action against them.
