I placed an order for springtex matress with Order ID – OD223232775109174000 on 29th Oct 21 and prepaid amount for same but till date(19 Nov 2021 ) product not delivered and not getting response from company. In the website there is no courier details or tracking details available .3 times they have postponed the delivery date but still customer care can’t help getting who is courier or when it will be delivered .. need help on this .
