I ordered a ladies handbag worth Rs. 695 on 5th July 19 from Dmire.com. Order ID is 136672 and I paid amount by UPI.
I waited until 31st Aug 19 without any message and updates from their end. During this time I sent many followups to Dmire but did not get any response. Indeed I canceled this order on 31st Aug 19. Its 18th Sep when I am writing this complaint but I have still not received my amount back.

This same thing happened with me also I ordered a bag for my mother paid through UPI and transaction was successful but dmire cancelled saying it doesn’t receive ed money from payu but I contacted them and they confirmed the transaction now dmire is not responding to mails
