I had ordered some skin related medicines worth 2757/- directly from doctor. They opted ecom express for shipping my order. I got a message that order will be delivered by dec 10 but I got a message saying order is delivered on Dec 5 when I didn’t get any parcel, I neither got OTP nor any call from delivery person. I contacted doctor and informed, they said that status is changed to delivered. I contacted ecom express on the same day dec 5 they informed that the team will get back in 72 hrs but I didn’t get any update even after 4 days and me trying to call them multiple times. When I asked for delivery person number they responded saying that the system is not updated with delivery person’s details

The delivery person muthu L called and said delivery is done and OTP also he asked and I said . But the product I didn’t receive. Please help.
