I ordered a mobile phone via order id “OD429360778756041100” (ordered on Oct 8th). It was supposed to be delivered on Oct 13th as i received the update status as “out for delivery” at around 4 pm on Oct 13th.
But, it was not received that day and the status got updated to Estimated delivery by Oct 15th.
Issue is that, the “out for delivery” never got updated and it is still in that only. If its in “out for delivery” status, i can’t also cancel the order.
But, when i called flipkart customer service, it is not in “out for delivery” status even today and you can expect it by today. But till now, i didn’t receive any update nor the delivery.
Worst thing is that it was not delivered on Oct 15th as well and even today, the status is showing as “out for delivery” with “Expected by Oct 15th”.
This is the worst experience i have faced with Flipkart and very much horrible & pathetic service by Flipkart. If you are not delivering the product that day, why the status is still showing “out for delivery??
And the customer service of flipkart is not reachable at all and even if reached, they don’t have any information as such to update me on the correct status of the product.
And even till now (while i am writing this mail), i don’t know the exact status and also it is showing “out for delivery” with “Expected by Oct 15th”.
