We have placed an order (Number: 15958318319027397A) of value 433.10rs in JIOMART app on 27 July 2020. In the JIOMART app order history, we could see the order has been delivered for the amount of 225.70 and the invoice (330312520500076) has been assigned. They have refunded the amount of 207.40 to our account. But we have never received the order items for the value of 225.70 and the invoice(330312520500076) attached to the order is belongs to some other person. we have raised concerns through jiomart customer care through EMAIL and Phone. They raised a ticket for the complaint but it has not resolved yet. We did not get our money back and the issue is not resolved for the past 4 months. So we are raising consumer complaint against JIOMART to get our money back.
