I was not at home when delivery person came I asked him to give in a shop which is beside my house ( usually he use to give there if I am not available at home)
But this time he collected OTP and didn’t gave the product.
I called in CS multiple times but there are not understanding the issue simply saying we cannot do anything on this. I am not asking for a refund or replacement I just need my product that’s it.
