Dear concern,
I am one of your valuable customer but i am getting harsh as i paid through credit card but i didn’t received my product. Due to delivery boy mistake he has wrongly marked as product delivered. Inspite of i did not received. As was lived on that time West Bengal, order was shipped in Bhopal (MP).Delivery boy was told,he will submit product in local office and i will get my money back Rs. 1199.. I had strongly raised complaint several time, escalate in social media as well . But all are sleeping still now. Not bother to help the customer. FLIPKART is doing fraud with customer. i wrote mail but none of you taking any action and i am
continuously suffering from long time
I request you kindly help to refund money. I am disappointed about Flipkart. Never seen this before. If I compare, AMAZON is providing good customer service.
please help me out. Need money back also need compansation.
