I have ordered a jeans pant from flipkart order id OD427788252430470100 which is not delivered but marked as delivered by the flipkart . I have following up with flipkart customer care for last 10 days and several time they raised complaint and later without resolution those complaints were closed . i dont understand its a hight of pathetic customer care service i have ever experienced .Kindly help me to get refund of the product .
