I have not received the product and it is marked as product delivered. Iam complaing about the issue from 15 november and till now i have not received any resolution. I have already payed the amount of product.
9 novenber i order the product and the delivery date was 13 november but on 13 november they change the date to 21 november . let’s understand the whole case.
14 november i call customer support ,they said that your product will be deliverd in 1 or 2 days .
On 15 December around 4 pm they marked product as delivered and when i see this i call customer support the gave me a date of 18 november to resolve the problem and from that day they are continuously giving different dates. Flipkart is continuously fail to provide solution .
Points to take into consideration for investigation
(1)I have already paid the amount of the product.
(2)This product was ordered by using Flipkart pay later.
(3)I have not received any OTP for the product even after product was order by using flipkart pay later.
(4) I have not received any call from the delivery executive of the product.
As per the general procedure of the flipkart first delevery executive calls the customer to inform that we will deliveryour product on this time, but in this no call from delivery executive .
And at the time of delivery OTP is provided by the flipkart which is also missing in this case.
I hope you will solve this problem as soon as possible.
