I have ordered a product from flipkart which was marked as delivered without delivering me the product. I have contacted customer support multiple times. They gave me multiple timelines each time and marked the issue as resolved saying the product is delivered. this item is a prepaid order and I didn’t receive any OTP as well when it was marked as delivered.
