On Sunday, 24 Jul 22 my order (Casio AD206 worth ₹3295) was supposed to be delivered on that day by 9pm. Delivery agent number 0172-6132004 with pin 9505 was reflecting on track orders page. I had some commitment in the evening so I called up in that number and requested for next day delivery. However at 08:12 pm delivery agent called me and said that he was at my doorstep for delivery would you like to receive today or next day…i told him that I was not available and would like to receive the product tomorrow. Call recordings are available as proof. Further, on Amazon app product was marked as delivered at 09:28 pm however I didn’t get the product. I spoke to customer service and they told me to wait and this would be resolved within 24hrs. But my grievance is not yet resolved
