Hi Team,
I odered Campus Men’s Crysta PRO BLK/RED Running Shoes 9-UK/India of Rs 857.00. Qty: 1 Sold By: COCOBLU RETAIL LIMITED from Amazon app. It was paid order. Generally amazon not ask OTP at the time of order delivery but this time they asked. This time delivery person was at my door step and he said order is paid but it is pending because of OTP. So I informed him on amazon recored line to deliver it tomorrow as I was not at home. I requested him on Amazon recorded call. But he called me again after 2 hr. He said, will delivery this order to society security guard and requested to share OTP on amazon recorded line call. So I shared OTP and he mark order as delivered. But he not delivery that product. Once I reach at I checked the order details from security as well as from my friend but they said delivery person not given that product to them. Now I am in trouble I spent around 900 Rs for this shoe which is not delivered yet. And amazon customer care service is not helping me. Every time I am using Amazon recorded line call cause. I requested delivery person on call to deliver this order tomorrow( Sunday 21st August) but that person requesting to share OTP on call so I shared OTP just because it was call from Amazon recorded line where I can believe. But delivery person not deliver that order. So I request you to give me justice. Check the call recording and contact to delivery person where he delivery order. Share the product delivery screen shot. Where kept that product. Please help me.
