I was supposed to get the product on 18th July and did not receive any call or message the whole day about the delivery. And at night I saw thag the status was shown as delivered and description showed delivered to security. I immediately checked with security but he said there is no such package. If there is a parcel the security calls me through myGate app and then i allow the person in to deliver. But i received no such call from the securit that day. When i complained through chat they said wait for two days and then after two days they said wait for 24hrs and after that now when i chat they redirect to a different team but no one is assigned to the chat. One of the chats said to wait till 27th july for their investigation. I asked them to send a replacement till they investigate but they said they are not allowed to. Refund is also not allowed. I am afraid the 7day replacent time will also pass by and will not get the product. The electrical appliance I ordered is worth 1885 and was bought on prime day 16th July.
