I have ordered Usha Mist pedestal fan in Amazon app on April 4 and the product was showing as delivered in the app on 6 April. But actually the product is not delivered to me neither an agent called me. I reached out to CC on 7th April and raised a complaint, they took 6 days time and on 13 April they mentioned the investigation is completed and as per the investigation the product is delivered to me. Which is actually not. I asked for the delivery agent number who delivered the product but they did not provide saying they dont have that information. I prepaid the amount i did not receive the product. They are doing a fraud game. Please help me with the issue.
