I ordered i phone 13 product red at price 50,019 in big billion days sale 2022 and it was prepaid later on Flipkart itself cancelled my order and when i asked customer care executive they refused to give me replacement and ask me to place new order which was at higher price then i ordered earlier. As the cancellation is not my fault i want replacement at the same price of my order and redressal for mental trauma and suffering i have to face regarding this issue
