I ordered a mobile phone on 20/10/2024 with order id OD432624254034325100.the product was expected to be delivered by 24/10/2024.But the product was not delivered as per mentioned date.I raised several mail to them on 24/10/2024 requesting them to deliver the product on time as i have to give it as a gift to someone and that someone will beleaving the country on 25/10/2024 at 6am.but my request was not heard by any one.at night of 24/10/2024 i called up their customer care and one representative naming Mr.Madhusudhan stated that the product wipl be delivered by 9.30am on 25/10/2024.Again it was a false commitment as i didnot get the product.it resulted in a face loss for me as i was not able to give the gift ti that person for whom it meant for purchase
