Dear Sir,
I had placed an order of Samsung LED TV RU7100 on 18 May 2020 and which was fully paid in advance. I waited for it to be delivered and it was kept in a warehouse from 21 May to 26th May and not delivered and returned to the Seller.
Now Amazon has raised the price of the same product by 8000 and again put it for sale , however when I placed the order it was showing last piece.
Also I say in a prime location in Delhi which has a green status. Amazon is delivering other electronic products to the same address with same courier agent but is not ready to deliver it to my address.
I see this as a case of cheating the customer, holding his money and creating a false market demand .
