On 2nd March I have booked a mobile phone and paid the amount of 10840/- through credit card Order #: OD224306572526059000, it was mentioned that on 5th March the product will be delivered but it didn’t, I called customer care and asked them about the problem in revert they informed due to some unknown issue there is a delay I need to wait till 7th March’22 the product for the delivery.
Post 7th there are multiple calls made to customer care but no one tried to find my issue and a few were disconnecting while I was communicating.
I have raised the issue on Twitter after that Mr Noor called from the social media team of FK and he assured me that the product will be delivered but to date, Mr Noor and the product is missing.
Yesterday morning I get a message from FK that if I wish to cancel and require a refund I can do that and when I tried doing it system says the cancellation isn’t available to have mentioned the incident number IN22030517172548116471 for your reference.
