Text of Complaint by Ashton Coelho:

I had ordered 2 Number of KIDOMATE Height Adjustable Study Chair ( ORDER # 402-4922972-6285925) on 26 June 2020 from Amazon.In & the seller was Kidomate Retail India Pvt. Ltd. Total cost of the Chair was Rs. 6,500.00/-   Ordered on 26 June 2020. Out of  2 Chairs, One Chair was delivered on 30-Jun-2020 and the other chair was and is pending for delivery and till date the status says that the item is “On its way way, but running late”. Its been 5 Months and the product is not yet delivered. As I had approached the amazon customer care over the phone regarding the delay in order, they said they will contact the seller and resolve the issue as soon as possible and promised me the product will be delivered soon or he assured me that i’ll get a Refund. But Till date my ordered status remains the same and there is no refund, two days back when I again approached Amazon Customer Service, he was not at all cooperative and told me that it’s too late to track the order and he can’t help me out with this order and therefore the payment will not be refunded. This is a complete fraud by amazon .in with the customer who’s having a business account. Since I’ve complained about the issue twice, the ordered product status says that the product is “On the way” and asks me to wait for some more days. I have waited for 4 months and there are no updates from the Amazon Customer Service,  They have not resolved the Issue. Hence, Kindly help me to get my ordered product or receive my Refund as soon as possible.
