I have ordered a splliment from plix life an e-commerce who sell health related product
I made my order on 10 jan 2023 but till now 24 jan 2023 I have not received the product after having a chat with them through Instagram they promised me to do a delivery on 23 jan 2023 but on the same day around 8:00pm I received a message stating they attempted a delivery but I was not there which is a total lie
I want to file a complaint against these e-commerce platform for not providing the product and also for their worst customer service
And these e-commerce sites are not listing a customer care number for customers to reach out in case of any difficulties
