I have placed order from Myntra which was prepaid and the tentative delivery date was 24/10/2023. I have lodged complaint in their app and also contacted their customer care executive over phone but I did not get any positive response. Now I called their customer care executive for cancellation of the order but they are saying they won’t be able to cancel it and also cancellation option is not available in your app. I want my money back, but there is no option of cancelling the order
