I had ordered SAMSUNG Galaxy F23 5G (Aqua Blue, 128 GB) with order ID
OD226088173734304000 on 24th September 2022. The delivery was delayed on 27th September. It was again not delivered on the PROMISED DELIVERY DATE of 29th September 2022. This second delay was without any update after which I raised issue for the delayed delivery.
It’s been 10 days since my order. The phone is still not delivered. Platform shows a delivery time of 3 days still !!! They’re lying on the platform. I have not received a single update regarding this, all customer support can provide is standardized reply on how much they regret my inconvenience! I have filed a complaint in consumer forum against Flipkart and will be escalating the same.
Today is the last day I wait for my product ( which I have paid for, so basically a product held hostage by flipkart). Flipkart is a financial scamming platform.
