Order Date – 20.Dec.2020
Amount – Rs.43650, fully paid
Product was expected to be delivered on 26.Dec.2020, and there was no delivery
The shipment site of Delhivery says “Order cancelled”, however in Amazon, status still says “Order on the way”
I had contacted customer care twice. First time I was assured that shipment will reach in 3 days, but nothing happened. Second time they promised a cancellation and refund to reach by 11.Jan.2021, but again no success. Cancellation is also not working directly in app or website.
