I ordered an iPhone 14 on Amazon on the 20th of July 2023. As per their website the promised date of delivery was 21st of July and till date my product is not delivered. Made multiple calls to the call Center but non are able to help because the delivery partner is updating incorrect information mentioning that the customer is not available and thus the product couldn’t be delivered. Now my money is stuck . The product was purchased during a sale deal for a lower price and now the customer executive says that i will have to cancel and purchase the product with the increased value and the difference will be given as Amazon pay balance. Why should I bare the loss. I don’t want to place any orders through Amazon in future so what’s the use of get the remaining amount credited in the pay balance . Why should the customer bare the loss . When I called the delivery executive first of all they don’t answer and even if they answer they give false reasons saying will be delivered in few hours and then they don’t.
