Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, Shoes & Accessories
The issue that I have experienced was: My brother gifted me a kurta set on the occasion of Rakhi. Myntra status is showing that the package is being delivered however, I never received the product.
On raising the complaint with Myntra they are being ignorant and denied any kind of assistance, claiming that as per their logistics the item is delivered.
It’s a prepaid order which can easily wrongly delivered or not delivered at all. Myntra customer care is rude enough to not only acknowledge this fact but also disconnect the call to avoid any kind of discussion.
It occurred on: 14/08/2021
Refund or reinstate the order.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
