I ordered 2 products from Meesho and it showed that it will be delivered by 5th September 2024. Today is 11th September 2024 and I have contacted Meesho Customer support multiple times they have no reason why my product is delayed and when I said that I want to talk to L2 level seniors they kept my call on hold for more than 5 minutes for multiple times but said that the seniors are not available. Not even one of the seniors were available neither they resolved my issue nor they had any reason why my product was delayed. They all gave me vague information that I have to wait for next 3 days, someone told I have to wait for next 5 days.
They talked to me rudely and not able to resolve my issue.
