I ordered samsung led smart tv at rs 12499 from flipkart my order id is OD116849628994246000 my mob no is 9661841104 but didnot recieve the product even after it was one month late. I contacted daily but everytime they said it will be delivered today which never happened. It was a very frustrating experience after tharlt it was showing that the product is cancelled by seller. I contacted flipkart customer care but yhey the the product cannot be delivered without any reason. And they said you have to reorder it. They are refusing for compensation also. This is a lot poor service very pathetic. I want my money and compensation and a better service. In fact if the product will be delivered that would be a great help
