I have ordered an mobile back cover in amzon , I have placed my order on 20 july 2023 and it was supposed to be delivered on 26 of the july but not delivered .
On 26th july i got the call from delivery agent at 7 pm and they said we are unable to delivery the product today and will deliver tomorrow .
From 27 th july onwards i tried contacting amazon customer care multiple times and they said will try to make deliver as soon as possible .
But finally on 3rd of Aug when I call to amazon customer care they product was returned to the seller due to damage of the product.
It is totally not acceptable , how could they check my product damaged or not when it reaches the delivery station .
Even though it was damaged why they took one week to update same status to me .
Finally when they are not delivering they are giving the reason as product is damaged
This was so frustrated me calling several times to amazon customer care but didn’t get any resolution and finally product is returned to the seller by saying product is damaged (fake reason)
