I ordered one Samsung M21 phone on 8th august from amazon app. Delivery date was 20th august. Product was not delivered. Extended delivery date up to 10th September , still product was not delivered. Again extended delivery date up to 17th September. Product was not delivered. Now They are not providing any delivery date and not even reverting over any mail , social media, customer care.
