Ordered clothes at DigiTech Outlet through the website shirt world hub.shopify.com. Product not received for more than 12days and also not received confirmation yet from the company. Even I have not get refund money from them I was paid Rs.588 for that material

I have had a similar issue with shirtworldhub@shopify. Product purchased on26/9 not delivered till 15/10 !!
Have raised issue with shopify but to no avail.
