Text of Complaint by Manoj Vaish:

I have ordered groceries on 30-Jul-2022 and the scheduled delivery date was 04-Aug-2022. I received a call from Delivery person on 04-Aug-2022 for delivery but he has not delivered the product. since then my delivery has been rescheduled 7 times and my product is not delivered yet. I am not getting any solution from the flipkart customer care department even they are not refunding my money.I am mentally harassed by the flipkart service department.I need compensation for the same.
