Text of Complaint by Mohit:

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with a recent series of delivery attempts made by your delivery personnel AGAIN and AGAIN. I am a loyal Amazon customer, and I have encountered a recurring issue with unattempted deliveries, coupled with false reasons provided by your delivery personnel. Why AMAZON HIRE THIS KIND OF PEOPLE

Here are the specific incidents I’d like to address:

1. Order Number: [408-5733871-2159505]
– Date of Incident: [24-10-2023 & 25-10-2023]

In this case, the delivery person claimed that I, the customer, did not accept the order, which is entirely untrue. I was at home during the specified delivery window and did not receive any call any notification or visit from the delivery person.

2. Order Number: [406-3340436-1730723]
– Date of Incident: [25-10-2023]

For this delivery attempt, the delivery person stated that I did not have the OTP (One-Time Password) for delivery. HE NOT EVEN CAME TO MY PLACE SUCH A LIAR

These incidents are not isolated occurrences but part of a pattern of poor service by Amazon. I depend on Amazon for timely and reliable deliveries, and it is disheartening to experience such issues repeatedly AGAIN AND AGAIN.👎

I kindly request that Amazon takes the following actions to address this matter:

1. Investigate these incidents thoroughly to ensure that false claims by the delivery personnel are appropriately addressed.

2. Provide a redelivery of the affected orders at the earliest convenience.

3. Implement measures to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future, including better training and oversight of your delivery personnel.

4. Improve communication between customers and delivery personnel to prevent misunderstandings regarding OTP or other requirements.

5. Necessary, consider compensation for the inconvenience caused by these issues. BY AMAZON

6. I want that guy have to come at my place and accept his mistake and say sorry to me.

I trust that Amazon, as a customer-centric company, will take my concerns seriously and work towards a resolution. Please let me know how you plan to address this matter, and I appreciate a prompt response to this complaint.
