I ordered a lipstick kit from Just Herbs and made the payment via GooglePay on 10th August 2023. The last order update on delivery partner site (Bluedart) on 22nd August was showing as incomplete and send back to shipper. I made multiple requests to Just Herbs team for either delivering my order or giving me refund but with no response from their side till date (7th September, 2023)
