I had placed an order with Flipkart. The product did not get delivered but the app shows that it was delivered. I have raised multiple complaints with flipkart but they are not providing me with any resolution and telling me that nothing can happen because their delivery agent has told them that the product was delivered. The order was a prepaid order.
