Text of Complaint by K.S.Nithiyaa:

I have placed 26kg rice through jio mart app on 27th June for 1949 rupees, prepaid the order. The delivery date was 2nd July as per their app. I was tracking the package it reached the nearest delivery location on 1st July itself. Order id: 16878042850000217A. Now, the invoice is sent by the seller. But, still I didn’t receive my order on 8th July. They are keep on changing the delivery date. Yesterday night, they send message that it will be delivered on 11th July, but the app shows 12th July. This is the 4th time they are rescheduling the same order. I have raised complaint through their portal, but no proper response. I need the product and compensation for the same. I am really frustrated by their way of service.
